Florida Long Term Care Partnership Training Refresher Course
Why a “Refresher Course”?
In late 2007 the FL NAIC Long Term Care Partnership 8-Hour Training was required by law, Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. Many agents took this training because it was required so that they could continue selling long term care insurance beyond December 31, 2007. In accordance with the federal law, a 4-Hour follow up "refresher course", was to be taken within 24 months of the initial training. This is why our Florida NAIC Long Term Care Partnership 4-Hour Training is now available, to help agents stay in compliance with the law. If an agent wants to continue selling long term care insurance, they must maintain their compliance by taking this course or one like it. This course is mandatory for continuing to sell long term care insurance.
